Media and Television Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

As the Media and Television Marketing Manager, you will work in the iKO Media Group’s marketing team to elevate iKO Media Group's brands presence and expand our reach in the media and broadcasting industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and management, to create impactful marketing materials and digital campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of all the brands in the iKO media group, such as: iKOMG Services, eCLUTCH, STN, MENAFLIX, iSRAEL+ and more.

Location: Hybrid (Combination of Remote and In-Office Work)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support and Cooperation: As the Media and Television Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance our relationships with existing customers, networks, and TV operators. By developing targeted marketing initiatives and providing strategic support, you will play a vital role in strengthening partnerships and driving customer satisfaction. Additionally, your efforts will focus on identifying and generating new leads to expand iKO Media Group's client base, positioning the company as the preferred choice for media and broadcasting solutions. Your collaborative approach will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives and maintaining iKOMG's reputation as a leader in the industry.

Content Creation and copywriting: Collaborate with internal teams and produce compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all communications.

Market Analysis and Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing marketing efforts. Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Partnership and Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and vendors. Foster collaborative partnerships that enhance iKOMG's visibility and reputation in the industry.

Campaign Oversight and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and measure campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media and television marketing. Apply insights to drive innovation and maintain iKOMG’s competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, telecommunications, broadcasting, graphic design, journalism or a related field.

• Proven experience in media and television marketing, preferably within a global organization or network.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with mother tongue proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms to drive data-driven decisions.

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

  • Prepares and digitizes sound and image as well as quality control (QoS) of captured content.
  • Works in playout systems, automation systems, and other programs necessary for the implementation of the employer's activities.
  • Reviews and creates daily playlists, installs daily playlists on individual playout servers, and ensures their correctness.
  • Takes care of the smooth and accurate flow of content via FTP servers (and other programs/devices for the transfer of media content) for both primary media content and back-up media content.
  • Controls all reception and transmission spectrums used or carried out by the company through spectrum analyzers.
  • Monitors and controls all incoming and outgoing audio visual services.
  • Other assignments and duties in accordance with the instructions of its direct superior, the Employer’s Director, and other superiors.
