DVB Production Company was first established in 2007. It recognized that there was a need for high quality and flexible disposable mobile unit services due to the fast growing and continuous expansion of new programs and own production of TV stations . The technical crew assures high quality and cost effective production with high end digital technology equipped OB and DSNG vans.
DVB have established themselves as one of the leading live production specialists in the region. They have exceptional experience in broadcasting and have been entrusted with a large variety of high profile events including the arrival of President Bush to Slovenia, the official visit of the Queen Elizabeth II of England to Slovenia and entertainment programs such as Big Brother and Slovenia's Got Talent. Other main projects range from the production of live sport events and concerts to comic series for commercial TV stations.
DVB part of the STN Group have dedicated up-links for OU sevices from STN's main earth station which has excellent fibre connectivity to all the main locations in Slovenia and accross the boarders to International PoP's such as London, Paris, Milan, Vienna, Frankfurt, Belgrade and Burcharest LA, Hong Kong and many more accross the globe . This allows DVB and their customers the flexibility to transmit and distribute the signal globaly as the available up-link stations are in C-, Ka- and Ku-Band. Services can be made using MPEG-2 or MPEG-4, DVB-S or DVB-S2 modulation and SD or HD contribution. DVB can also provide occasional use play-out and offer the option of using the latest state of the art motion compensated standards converters. We can offer a vast array of possibilities using only the latest available technology all in 1+1 redundancy to ensure the highest quality service without interruptions for all our customers.
